For security, passwords on the Learning Hub are reset by your administrator — not by email. Contact your local government administrator or the LASG IT desk and quote your Oracle number.

What happens next

Your administrator sets a temporary password for you.
Sign in with that temporary password.
Change it immediately from your Profile page.

We never send passwords by email. Only share credentials through a trusted channel.
